NETZSCH established its sales, service and operations centre in Australia in 2011 to provide a high level of technical and application support, service and after sales.
Brisbane Service Centre is fully-equipped workshop, with capacity to service a high number of pumps per month, where the pumps are cleaned, repaired, painted and tested in accordance to highest quality standards. Test reports and required documentation are submitted along with each pump. Local inventory of pumps and spares for prompt delivery within Australia and Oceania markets.
Our experience service technicians are also available for on-site service and support, pre-commissioning and commissioning field support.

Research & development is in-house at NETZSCH. At its in-house laboratory and in close collaboration with selected materials suppliers established over many years, NETZSCH develops and tests elastomer blends, pump components and pump developmetns and optimises them for the specific requirements by customers.
